Nerve Salad Wow. I didn't expect such a groovy time. What a fantastic album this is. Lots of jammy grooves, and psychy beats. The drums are a real standout. This kind of electronic music is rare in this form. A creative, ambitious album with lots of breathing room.

d-i-sleet The bushy tailed one is on fine form with his latest offering. Any producer who can meld Minky whales with African souks while throwing in a sprinkling of Elgar with some rib bursting big beats knows his stuff. Buy this album and a) you will be playing it on repeat for months to come and b) you’ll make our furry friend very happy and hopefully he’ll conjure up some more blockbusting baselines and rather cool furry claw dancing synths. Favorite track: Yemeni Souk.

oldindiekid This is a top mix of tunes from ambient to big beat bangers. Best played in full. I get rushes of endorphins when Elgar’s Time Machine kicks in. Favorite track: Elgar's Time Machine.

about

A journey with funky beginnings - Invisible Squirrel stops off to visit the Minky Whales and then a nod to the soundtrack of 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest'. Then bopping on towards a Tibetan Throat singer who is temporarily lost in a dark Yemeni souk as they stumble upon the sonic foundry used by Mogwai. The final stop a joyous embrace of the melodic themes of Elgar who has been given access to a Yamaha CS-80 in the 18th Century. Enjoy the sonics. And bob your head.

Track 1 is a 29 minute mixtape starting out at 104bpm then working up to 110 bpm.
Tracks 2-10 are 'Gapless edits' for the individual themes. This needs to be downloaded and gapless play set in your 'player' to work, otherwise we apologise for the abruptness and stick to track 1.

Includes 3 Bonus tracks. One, a version of 'Soul Training' reimagined as 'Balls Out' featuring Lewca. 'Train' I dedicate to Mick Lynch and 'Moby Tanner' I dedicate to Moby Tanner. This track I put on 'cos I want Moby Tanner to say "I have a song named after me on Bandcamp", cos he's a lovely bloke.
